PalgraveIn 1869, postal authorities renamed the small village north of Bolton, Palgrave (from the original Buckstown).

Here you'll find access a fantastic trail system at the Palgrave Forest and Wildlife Area, can grab a bite at the café or restaurant, or visit the Caledon Pan Am Equestrian Park to take in the scenery and see a world class equestrian event (yes, admission is free!).

Just south of the village is Albion Hills Conservation Area this 1,200 acre site boasts 27 km of groomed skiing trails and some of the best mountain biking trails in the Province, it also offers swimming, hiking, fishing, camping or RVing.

You'll also discover some outdoor adventure events throughout the summer and a renowned Canada Day celebration.
