Visit Inglewood

InglewoodA general store and a railway hotel are shown on the original village plan of 1883, the first two commercial enterprises to be built.

Both buildings still stand today.

Stop a while and grab a bite at the Inglewood Village Store, or rent a bike (or showshoes, depending on the season) at Caledon Hills Cycling and head out on the Caledon Trailway.

If fishing is your thing, fish the stocked ponds or rent a canoe (from May to October) at the Ken Whillans Resource Management Area, which is a short (2 km) walk east of Inglewood along the Caledon Trailway.

Numerous opportunities to play a round of golf in the scenic hills of Caledon surround Inglewood. So why not extend your stay, there's accommodations to suit every taste and price point.

Wondering about the history of this Village and some of the great 19th century buildings? Take a stroll back in time with a Self-Guided Heritage Walking Tour.
