What better way to end off summer than by visiting a gorgeous sunflower field near you? So, plan your next trip to Caledon with sunflowers in mind! Caledon alone is home to four of the most popular sunflower farms in the GTA. Sunflower season in Caledon ranges from July to early September, with each farm having its own opening and closing times during the season. Learn more about each farm below:

Davis Family Farm

‍When: July 27th, 2024  – August 18th, 2024

Where: 15770 Mountainview Rd, Caledon East, ON L7C 2V2

Price: $13.50 (Ages 13+), $5 (Ages 6-12), & Free (Ages 0-5)

Special Features: One of Ontario’s largest sunflower field with over 110 acres of farmland and 3 km of walking trails available for you to explore. Multiple photography setups included throughout the farm such as its famous pink couches, tree swing, and signature piano. You can even book an appointment for commercial or family photography sessions every day after 6 PM. Every weekend, the farm also hosts a Creature Quest featuring exotic animal demonstrations. There are also numerous special events such as Luxury Picnics, Sunflower Yoga, and Paint Nights to look forward to at this farm!

Campbell's Cross Farms

Special Features: Located on a 60 acres of rolling hills, this farm has over 700,000 blooming sunflowers every summer. They have many props such as their life-size 'LOVE' sign, sunflower swing, rocking chair, ikigai farm sign, and others hidden within the fields that you can use to take the perfect photos. Don't forget to visit their food truck and try out their famous Watermelon Sandwich, signature Watermelon Lemonade, ice cream, and gourmet corn selections while you’re there!

Dixie Orchards
