Alabaster Acres - Maple Makers Workshop

Learn and do—an interactive sugarbush experience including a tour of the maple forest, collecting sap and boiling it down to produce some syrup to bring home to your breakfast table (250 ml for each participant). Learn about different methods of sap collection, reverse osmosis technology to improve efficiency, evaporation techniques, sugar density (brix), filtration, grading, bottling, storage and more.
